Product Recall NEOTEC3 Helmets (UK & Ireland only!)
To NEOTEC3 Users in the UK and Ireland ONLY!
Product Recall Notice: NEOTEC3 Helmets
It has come to our attention that some NEOTEC3 helmets sold in the United Kingdom and Ireland after 1st April, 2024, were mistakenly affixed with an Auto Cycle Union Ltd. (ACU) certification label, despite the fact that this model has not been certified by the ACU.
While there are no issues with the performance or quality of the NEOTEC3 helmet itself, it is important to note that the NEOTEC3 is not designed for competitive racing use and has not been certified by the ACU for such purposes.
Therefore, it would be appreciated if customers contact our distributor, Feridax (1957) Ltd. via customerservice@feridax.com where owners of Neotec 3 helmets with affixed ACU certification labels can be directed to a retailer, where the label removal process will take place.
If you know of anyone else using one of the affected NEOTEC3, we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform them of this issue.
